On March 24, Ms. Wang Linda, deputy chairman of COCEA and president of Yihai Group had a discussion with leaders of Beijing Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, trying to locate the breakthrough point for earnest implementation of “one belt and one road” strategy and“Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration”.
President Wang said, as from 1989, the group embarked on the real estate development in the domestic market. Though the then environment in China was not as good as it is now, she thought that the big Chinese market was very promising and the participants and investors of China’s opening-up and reform are sure to obtain the beneficial profits. In recent 18 years, she engaged in the basic education and real estate development in Beijing and obtained the strong support from the government and the general public. Now at the call of the 18th CPC Congress, President Wang pointed out, China is faced with the excess production capacity and the imminent transformation of the real property industry. At present, there are better opportunity in Europe, we should hold together and take part in the greater strategy of the country.
President Wang said, we shall rely on the platform of Beijing Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and call on more entrepreneurs, particularly the overseas Chinese entrepreneurs. When Premier Li Keqian made the visit to Serbia in December 2014, he proposed to identify Serbia as the bridgehead to link China and Central and Eastern Europe, so we should try to immediately hold together to plunge into the construction of “one belt and one road” strategy and“Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration”.
At last, Liu Chunfeng, director of Beijing Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, remarked, the office must support the overseas Chinese entrepreneurs like President to build the platform for the effective communication and exchange for President Wang and all other larger enterprises at home, take a lead in guiding more and more entrepreneurs to devote themselves into the tide wave of the second reform and jointly promote the Chinese economy toward the steady development in response to the party’s call.
