深圳台湾花园

深圳台湾花园大厦北临深圳著名的深南大道，隔河与香港毗邻。大厦高三十三层，是深圳最高的宫廷式八角楼之一。大厦总建筑面积7.3万平方米，由塔楼、裙楼、5500平米“空中花园”及地下私家停车场组成。台湾花园曾相继获得由深圳市住宅局颁发的“年度深圳物业管理优秀大厦”、“园林式•花园式达标单位（小区）奖”。 
Shenzhen Taiwan Garden is adjacent to the famous Shennan Avenue on the north with Hong Kong standing in the vicinity with a river in between. The building has 33 floors as one of the tallest Palace-style Octagon in Shenzhen, with the total construction area 73,000 m2, composed of “Garden In The Air” for 5500 m2, and the private underground parking lot. Shenzhen Taiwan Garden has been successively awarded with “Annual Shenzhen Real Property Management Excellent Building” and “Forest Garden Style- Garden Style Standard Unit (Residential Quarters) Award” by Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality.
